I have been an Associate Manager with Alliance Organisation representing HSBC Life (formerly AXA Singapore) since 2002, serving clients from all walks of life. My systematic approach in financial planning has made it a simple and easy process for my clients, to meet their financial goals with assurance, which has won me many referrals.

Insurance may be just a tool. However, it takes craft and expertise to use such tools to help my clients plan for their future and to take care of the unforeseen circumstances. With the right application, insurance eventually became a solution instead.

Over the years, I have also assisted my clients with their claims, whether it is personal accident, hospitalisation, diagnosis of Critical Illness or even Death Claim. Every claim is the outcome of a promise. A promise to take care of oneself or his/her loved ones.

Through this, I saw the benefits of financial planning and the wonders of insurance. The peace of mind and joy it brings to my clients is immeasurable and I’m glad to be part of their journey.

Since 2002 in HSBC Life (formerly AXA Singapore), I am still learning new things every single day. Awards is a form of encouragement, but my main motivation is to be able to help many people from all walks of life. My clients feel happy for me when I receive awards and they would encourage me to keep it up. For me, it is more like studying hard for an exam when we were young. When I passed the exam, I felt I did not let my parents down. The award is like not letting my clients down.

I enjoy volunteer work and meditate daily. My busy work schedule requires me to work in tip top condition at all time and meditation has helped me to keep a clear and calm mind.

I volunteer regularly at a meditation centre and I am happy that my family is also involved in these activities with me.
