After graduating from Murdoch University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, I began my career in the recruitment industry. For two years, I focused on the art of matching people with the right opportunities, learning early on that success is built on trust and meticulous follow-through.

In December 2024, I was invited to join the Vincent as a Personal Assistant. Coming from a hospitality background, I have always been passionate about service, but it was here that I truly learned the profound impact of financial planning. I saw firsthand how our Wealth Solutions Consultants don't just sell policies; they act as a shield for families, providing clarity and security during life's most unpredictable moments.

My role is to be the silent support system for our group. While I may be a quiet individual by nature, I find immense meaning in knowing that by handling the administrative intricacies and day-to-day client servicing, indirectly helping to protect the wealth and legacies of the families we serve. At Alliance, we believe in doing business ethically where servicing a client genuinely is the priority, even when it’s behind the scenes.

What I love most about being here is the culture. Alliance isn't just an office; it’s a big, extended family where everyone is kind and willing to guide one another. Whether it’s through the collaborative spirit in the office or the bonding activities that create lifelong memories, I feel incredibly grateful for the patience and care I’ve received since joining. I am someone who finds beauty in the quiet moments. Outside of the office, you’ll often find me with a camera in hand, capturing the serenity of natural scenery. I believe there is a unique power in observation, much like in my work, where I quietly observe the details to ensure nothing is missed.

I am also a firm believer in a mindful lifestyle; I enjoy exploring vegetarian cuisine and most importantly, spending quality time with my family. These moments of connection ground me and fuel my dedication to being the most reliable "anchor" I can be for my manager, my team, and the clients who depend on us.
